Power on the vacuum and submerge it in the water but it does not work. 1. Recharge the battery; 2. Filter net is not installed or lower cover is installed improperly, please reinstalled correctly. 3. Press and hold the red power button for 3-5 seconds. Wait for 1 minute after submerging the machine into the water.

Why does my machine keep stopping? 1. Check whether the machine is completely submerged in water. 2. Examine if there is anything wrapped around the impeller inside. 3. Verify if the casing is buckled in place.

Why won't the machine charge? 1. Turn off the device before charging, as it won't charge when powered on. 2. Inspect the charging port for any signs of water damage or dirt that may obstruct charging. 3. Request for a replacement USB charging cord.
